Full access to our online foundational leadership & development training course developed specifically for front line managers & supervisors.

This is an individual 6-month coaching & development program for front-line leaders in heavy equipment which includes:
- 6 monthly individual 1:1 coaching sessions held over zoom to meet them exactly where they are and focus on their specific needs and challenges in their role and with their team.
- 6 online leadership training modules delivering the skills, development and greater awareness critical to new or untrained managers and supervisors.
- Weekly emails, challenges and stretch assignments from coaches throughout the program to guide them through the online modules and keep them growing and accountable to their development.
- Access to a growing library of answered Q&As from other SPARK members and a portal to submit their own questions anytime to be answered by their coaches.
- Upon completion of the program, articipants recieve access to an interactive SPARK Leadership Field Guide which provides ongoing real-time actionable guidance for the challenges they face every day.
Our participant's supervisor receives monthly emails from us with updates on what their SPARK leader is learning, and tips on how they can check-in with them to support their learning & development.
$2,600 for the full 6-month online leadership development course, 6 monthly 1:1 coaching sessions and ongoing access to the interactive SPARK Field Guide upon completion of the program.
